Eicher BC aims not only to sell products, but to give its customers something extra. To achieve this, we have developed a whole range of services:

  • an IT training centre (one teacher for a maximum of 6 students)
  • an advice and consultancy office to analyse the customer's needs more effectively
  • an office to monitor current installations, manage the work and provide immediate on-site installations for private individuals or professionals
  • a team of technicians who are ready to take action immediately in the event of a breakdown
  • an after-sales service which is close to the customer to answer any questions that may be asked

In other words, when a customer comes in to us we think it is important to guide him through his plans so that we can provide a better service.

We don't just say "the customer is always right" - we act accordingly.
